Yes, Artists should be 18 years old at least to join wojod platform.

 No, registration on the Wujud platform is completely free. There are no subscription fees to open an artist account or to showcase works.

 Yes, artists from outside the Kingdom can register on the Wujood platform and showcase and sell their digital or printed works easily. However, if there is a desire to showcase original artworks (physical pieces), this service is currently available only for artists within the Kingdom, due to the related local delivery and shipping conditions.

It is not required to be a professional or to have an academic technical certificate. What matters is that the works you present are original creations of your own.

Certainly, you can register and log in to the platform via your phone's browser just as easily as using a computer.

If you've created a new account and haven't received a verification email from us within a few minutes, please consider the following: 

• The verification email might have been directed to your (spam folder).
• You may have misspelled your email address during the sign up process. 

Sure, managing your account is within your hands, artist! You'll find the following in the dashboard:

• My Artworks: The page for your artworks and their status.
• Financials: Everything related to purchasing your artworks.
• Paid Transfers: Your earnings.
• Settings: Your personal page.
• Reports: Sales data.
• Help Center: We're here for you.

 After logging in, you will be automatically directed to the artist control panel, where you can manage your work, view orders, track sales, and easily modify your information from one place.

Through your control panel go to settings, then select 'Security', and enter the current and then the new password.

You can easily modify your data by going to the control panel, then entering 'Settings', where you can update your display name, email, phone number, and profile and other information related to your account through the Profile and Account Data options.

 You can update your profile picture through the 'Profile' option within the account settings.

You are not allowed to share your Artist Account with anyone else, but wojod platform welcomes everyone to create their own Artist Account.

Immediately change your password, then contact the technical support team via email.

Maybe you have entered a wrong username or password.

Don't worry, it's very simple. If you forget your password, just follow these steps: 

       1) Go to the homepage and click on  "Login".

       2) Click on "Forgot Password".

       3) Enter your email address to receive a "Password Reset" email.

       4) Click on "Reset Password" in the email.

       5) Finally, you will be redirected to the homepage to enter your new password.

You can easily change the language from any page you are on. You will find the language icon at the top of the page clearly showing you the available languages.

 There is no maximum limit; you can currently upload as many artworks as you want

Certainly Artist! You can navigate everything you need to know about your content with one click on your dashboard.

You will receive notifications via email, and you will also find them under the notifications icon located at the top of the dashboard.

Yes, the dashboard displays visual statistics that show:

•  the number of views of your profile and artworks.
•  your earnings, and your previous and available payments.

Yes, you can add links to your pages on Instagram, Twitter, Behance, or others in your portfolio through the 'Profile' option.
